Business Outlook
Pros
Depending on which region you work in, there is room to learn alot. Pay is decent. When allowed to work unlimited hours pay can be be excellent. Paid travel time from the moment you leave your home or hotel to when you get back to home or hotel.
Cons
Lack of future vision by headquarters. Falsely business minded. Upper management does not show the level of respect to its employees as it does its customers. Minimal incentivizing being an excellent employee. Those that don’t do the job well are on the level playing field as those that are senior or more qualified. Company does all training out in the field and you could get sent to work by yourself immediately. NO career path laid out.
