      Work hours Not a pay leader. Lackluster benefits. Investment in employee skills declines over time. Greater focus on customer wellfare than employees. Poor management - Mediocre feedback from the local managment, and a near total lack of acknowledgement from UK head offices. Bureaucratic Culture - Operations are micromanaged top to bottom without a feel for what is going on.
