      Pros

      Solid workplace culture. Help is gladly offered for most problems. Current management is knowledgeable and does not micromanage. Schaumburg facility has a massive showroom, allows you to get up and move around regardless of what your actual duties are.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but they tend to trade pay for job security, meaning that a down year won't lead to layoffs, but a strong year might not mean a large bonus. Some of the salesmen seem to think engineering can solve all of their problems for them.

      Pros

      Good work environment, and really a good job to hone and develop engineering skills for engineers early in there career. The job was not super demanding yet, it did get busy at times working on multiple projects at the same time. Building was nice, and every body is very friendly. One of the nicest benefits was that you would work from 8am to 5pm almost daily and was very rarely asked to stay longer hours to finish work. While spending my time here, I saw many people butt heads with upper management but my experience was good all around.

      Cons

      Get conflicting answers from management at times, and sometimes had to go through a few levels of management to get straight answers. The pay isn't as competitive as the larger companies but decent.
