Pros

Good colleagues and good managers Provide allowances like car allowance and patrol card for engineer to travel. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Limited career advancement. Company salary increment of engineer is too slow even engineers sales performance is good. Low basic salary due to high allowance. It is no worthy since the bonus rate given based on the basic salary.

great atmosphere support from management not micro managed like most factories attention to detail and understanding of new employees making mistakes they set u you to succeed

could be more in touch with what cost of living is 14 an hr is not enough to do skilled jobs

Cons

sometimes I think they're twisted. they'd let go of the smart employees but would be so willing to keep the useless ones.
