      Great company to work for. Great training. Pay may not be the best but it compensates for the amount of downtime. Helpful co workers and managers.

      Cons

      Pay a little low. Japanese driven. Must do what Japan says.

      Great quality product. Company is good for those that are settled in at what they want to do for the rest of their career.

      Unclear chain of command. Too many chefs in the kitchen. Language barrier with management.
