      This place is a walking red flag for engineers. Unrealistic expectations, unprofessional conversations, micromanagement from the plant manager, etc. Other than one guy, the place chewed up and spat out engineers/ engineering managers. They claim to have a good work life balance, but even if you come in hours early don't expect to leave before 5. Otherwise, the plant manager will talk to your boss about it. Also, your opinions don't matter.
