      Hard work with long hours No real set hours per week and no overtime pay Very traditional but almost stuck in their ways No progression upwards for years Very bureaucratic, tracked everywhere and reports every day Poor work life balance

      Good insurance, the employees are great.

      Cons

      Very minimal communication or support from upper management. Don’t expect a raise for good work ethic, they expect you to beg for a raise. They don’t offer cost of living as they advertise. Be prepared to be given a full plate with no resources or support. VERY unprofessional atmosphere.
