My experience working for AMAG is great. - The guys from management (TLs and the VIP) are hands on with great technical knowledge. They are also leaders, not only managers. - The technologies that are used are very new (.Net Core, React, Elastic). Software design approach: Domain Driven Design - Good practices (GitFlow, Unit tests. Integration tests). - Very good engineers and colleagues - Perfect work-life balance

Good as a first job, fix salary, decent corporate food price

Cons

No carreer or job evolution in place. Managers take the interesting work, no training budget and old school mentally : ex you have to pay for your drinks at the Christmas dinner party.
