Very competent hard working Application Engineers.

Cons

Low pay, management plays head games lots of gossiping they accept as gospel. Poor management don’t understand the business. Terrible sales progress and process. Old proprietary products that has hampered there success in the market. Environment that promotes “age discrimination “ toxic culture.
