      Good salary at the start -Good company to grow technically as a first job

      No progression possible, you have to be a manager to be able to progress Do not trust some of the employes, they will speak behind your back Salary did not grow in three years' time, after five years your only recognization is a pen.

      A handful of good folks in the bunch who need to be recruited out of there. know your worth.

      The software and hardware are both outdated. Company lacks traditional diversity, gender diversity, and cultural diversity. Lack of investment into employee growth. Work life balance is non existent. The cool president left. few promotions sr management is terrible. Far from forward thinking. same panel upgrades for the past decade. Don't fall down this rabbit hole.
