      Pros

      They paint a pretty picture of the company. Salary was decent.

      Cons

      Lots of office politics. The petty gossiping and backstabbing is out of control. Mgmt sucks. The environment could be good but upper mgmt and people in key positions keep it from being a decent place to work. They don't do alot of promoting from within which is something they say they do. You have to know someone to move up.

      They pay the salary every month

      Cons

      The office was really cold. The air conditioning could not be controlled and was set to be reall fierce. Wearing a thick sweater and thermal socks was required in June. Free coffee was undrinkable. Job not as advertised. Turned out to be maintenance of old, awful spaghetti code not new development project.
