      Pros

      Nice environment as far as buildings/location at the Austin campus. Most people were great, worked hard and very loyal

      Cons

      NEVER see this company as an advancement in a career and NEVER count on it for long term stability. Your best off looking for other work if you are still employed and leave on your own terms because the next layoff is ticking closer.

      Pros

      Smart people, interesting projects, cutting edge products. There is a lot of opportunity to work on the next big thing, You have the freedom to do out of the box thinking. The managers I've worked with have been very supportive.

      Cons

      The environment is very unstable at this time rumors of more layoffs q1 2013. Unsure of the company direction, which leads to former product areas being cut.
