bad management. Once a manager was asking me to move my cubic just few feet away, the only objective I can see is just to make me unhappy and to quit. I have to take some verbal abuses from my manager just because I was busy on my work and few minutes later in one of the meeting. Manager are clueless in what the engineers are doing but present himself as experts in managing which is useless in daily work.

Knowledge sharing and know-how might not be adequately shared. Fresh entry engineers might feel it hard to keep up... Promotion and performace rating is hardly based on actual work performance and diligence. Rather it is based on relationship with senior management.
