Many people abuse work from home perk who only spend 2 or 3 hours access company email then out shopping and BS very busy. Lots of senior managers with very limited experience. BU leadership does not seem to understand the consequences of their actions. Many good engineers gone, products qualities is decline resulted in an large amount of sustaining activities.
