      Good pay and benefits opportunity for advancement interesting work coworkers are great

      Cons

      - credit theifs - management lies. They had layoffs less than 2 weeks after the CEO promised on a all hands meeting that there would be no layoffs. - Its easy to get overlooked and hard to be heard - Direction and planning is poor

      Company business is doing great

      Cons

      Work place bullying for new emplyees is normal. Throwing you in fire is the "way" to rampup new engineers and that begins from second week and it's never ending. HR presence is not strong. Most of new joinees are waiting for 1 or 2 years to complete based on the clause in their joining bonus. I met many ex-employees who returned bonus as it was too hard to finish that time period even. You can deduce the quality of experience.
