      Pros

      Awesome team to work with and supervisors treat you well. Senior leaders have great vision for the company. Pay and benefits are very good.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts can be challenging sometimes.

      While there is a great deal of tension between the company and Union,AMG is growing rapidly. Senior management want the most from their employees and can sometimes be heavy handed in their interactions with them.

      Great salary. Given the responsibility and support to complete my job.

      Cons

      Management is poor at interacting with employees. The tension between Union and salary makes it a miserable place for everyone.
