      Benefits stink , NO EMPLOYEE discount for using their facilities for medical treatment , employee parking stinks ( Alexian) , health insurance expensive with high deductibles. People made supervisors with no real supervisory skills. You will required to do patient watches with up to three potentially uncooperative or violent patients in the ER . You will restrain patients who will punch , kick spit,scratch or throw objects at you. You will walk miles with a patrol wand, you will be out walking the parking lot's on parking enforcement in all weather conditions.
