      The staff are friendly.. manager is very down to earth. Group seems to practice their mission statement. Very positive group. Flexible with schedules

      Company has a lot of updating to do, workflows are not efficient. Need to put more money into company toward work equipment

      Increasing weekend demand for registry therapists

      Hourly rate is good for resource/registry positions, can work as much or as little as you like.

      Cons

      Policy changes occurred which increased weekend demand from 1 weekend to 2 weekends a month, without regard for how many hours you worked during the week.
