They Pay on time , good benefits

Cons

Promote loser and god old boys you say yes. Your a threat if you have more experience or knowledge than your bosses. Do not enforce rule for those they like , back stab anyone they don’t. They lie about the integrity they brag about.

Depending on your location of work . Theres certain company you screen that workload is intense for K9. But with the 4r then breaking dog is not so bad.

Cons

They will put a junior handler with less experience as contact lead .

Decent starting pay and it increases every year and if you get promoted. They train you very well They pay for your K9 medical bills and food

Cons

Pay from other K9 companies are better but you will be working in many different areas instead of one site so it's a lot of back and forth
