Very toxic work environment filled with gossip, plotting, and disrespect.

The workload is more than others. GTs and move ups.

Might make some good friends if you’re lucky

Cons

Low pay, long hours, bad management, old equipment. Chances of you getting the schedule you want or need are slim. Chances of getting any kind of time off even slimmer. Mandatory OT because they can’t get enough people or retain the ones they have.
