Free paid training, lots of real time experience, medical, dental, 401k, uniform allowance, did I already free mention paid training?

Cons

Get what you need and leave. You are just a warm body there to keep the conveyor belt moving. Mcds Employees make more than medics here. Union is a joke and if you don't "fit in", they'll let you know. 😒 Advice: When you get done with your training & fulfill your obligations....run.

I share this because I see all side of the business. EMT, Paramedic, and upper management. Pros: solid number of hours. If you want to work there are hours for you to pic up

Cons

Cons, ha where to I start Ambulances are all out of date barley run, half the time they stick you in trucks with no A/C and play dumb the they say they fixed it when you saw it roll in and roll right back out. I hope you like candy vans because that’s pretty much it. Trucks are always broken. Pay is super low compared to other companies in the surrounding area. Do yourself a favor and just don't.
