Pros

AMR pays well in houston but the management is very toxic.

Cons

Very toxic from management. Management constantly wants more and more out of you wanting to squeeze every ounce of energy from you. If there's anything that you do that is good, they look the other way but when you do anything bad in the slightest, they write you up without hesitation.

MANAGEMENT. Mandatory overtime. Pay. County incompetently run into the ground. I feel awful for patients.
