Well paid, poorly managed.

Pros

Pay is decent, built in OT, PTO is decent, pretty forgiving with scheduling and call-offs, a lot of events available to work.

Cons

AMR as a corporate entity is determined to squeeze every dollar out of the operation. They recently cut scheduled hours to cut pay out for OT, as an example.
