Pros

Easy work, flexible with schooling, supervisors and co-workers are easy to get along with. Bonuses if you run so many calls within your shift time.

Cons

No communication, no organization, non-competitive pay, overtime comes and goes, the GM is all about money in his pockets versus actually caring about the employees. If you like to work 7 days a week to make enough money for your bills welcome to the team.

Pros

Good people, enjoyed co workers and friends within the company. Pay was fair and the company provided all the training and support needed to succeed within the company. As long as you work hard, you will be rewarded.

Cons

Lots of gossip. Upper management ask for feedback but doesn't act or respond afterwards. Could be more transparent without breaking any confidentiality instead of complete silence after long, thought out processes by the team.
