Pros

Laid back environment Rarely have to deal with supervisors Free food at all hospitals

Cons

Fire departments are hit and miss in a dual response system. Majority of responses will be for drunks, psychs, and homeless.

Pros

Coworkers are pretty great, it is a great place to get your foot in the door for a future career in emergency medicine.

Cons

Often times would not give you your breaks. Difficult to get a good shift when starting here, so you may have to wait awhile to find one you actually want! Super tiring work if you are working downtown seattle... they will have you running around throughout your entire shift, it is very easy to get burnt out so do take care of yourself.
