      Good stepping stone to strengthen some basic necessary skills

      Cons

      Higher ups just do not care. There is a ridiculous amount of favoritism, inappropriate almost spiteful actions are taken against employees with complaints, passive aggressive communication, neglect for the safety of those employees on the field being exposed, and no appreciation whatsoever. The number of OSHA nightmares was impressive before COVID-19 but working during this pandemic has proven the indifference this company has for it's employees is immeasurable.

      little to no support in on going training, especially EMT's, no HQ, posting parking lots all over.
