There is olenty of room for growth within the company, if you are willing to be commited. I started as a call taker / dispatcher and worked my way to communications manager.

Cons

Sometimes the people at the top forget who is really doing all the work.

One of the Supervisors really needs to ease up. Maybe rethink the position they were placed in if their attitude remains the same.
