Pros

Great Expirence in a busy EMS system. I’ve become a much more confident EMT since I’ve worked here. The pay is pretty decent and the union is strong.

Cons

Poor equipment. Poor management. Most paramedics make more than supervisors so morale among supervisors is poor. Company cares more about the money than the employees, for example, on summer holidays they cut back staffing so much so they don’t have to pay overtime to the point that there is only 4-5 trucks on overnight and those trucks are doing 10-12 calls a shift.
