Pros

This company has helped pay a lot of bills and always been willing to let me change from full-time to part-time if needed. Caring management in the Jackson, MS office. High-level call volume with lots of trauma. The education dept also keeps people up-to-date on skills and technology.

Cons

Long hours, often get off late due to high call volume. But they pay you for what you work.
