Pros

Great entry position for new EMT's. In San Diego AMR owns every 911 contract so if you want to run 911 calls then they are the only company to work for. I have really enjoyed my time working for them. Management can be tricky and schedules can be tricky if you work another job like I do. I am an actor which is why I work their part time.

Cons

Low Pay, over worked employees

Pros

Amazing coworkers in general. Great experience.

Cons

Pay (average for ems, so I cannot really complain). Call off policy for serious medical emergencies. Management. Scheduling. Lack of communication. Misinformation.
