Pros

Can usually get all the hours you want. Most of the crews are great.

Cons

Management team is very out of the loop. They do not work with employees or encourage the employees to be a team. Old out of date equipment that breaks down all the time. Does not always have enough equipment.

Pros

Easy work, flexible with schooling, supervisors and co-workers are easy to get along with. Bonuses if you run so many calls within your shift time.

Cons

No communication, no organization, non-competitive pay, overtime comes and goes, the GM is all about money in his pockets versus actually caring about the employees. If you like to work 7 days a week to make enough money for your bills welcome to the team.
