Pay is good. Coworkers are great, overall a good working environment. A great job to have if you are going to school with flexible scheduling as a part time employee

Cons

Benefits need improving. Improving Morale would be key to retaining employees.

Pros

Lots of available shifts most of the time, benefits available unlike many other similar companies, fair pay for the field. For the most part, a fair place to work.

Cons

High turnover rate, really low starting pay if you haven't been licensed at your level for awhile. Benefits are available but are quite expensive compared to other Healthcare jobs I have had. (3-4 times more expensive per month).
