      Too big. Smaller entities get lost and forgotten

      Pros

      Large company gives the feeling of security. Believe that the company want us to do well. Tries to give us the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Too big. Too slow. Prefer using methods that are proven less effective because that's just how we do it. Pay is all over the place. Should be consistent at least on a state level. Non union entities should be treated as well as union. Benefits need to be equal.

      Pros

      Great people, cause and benefits in a nationwide company that offers lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      We work 24/7 supporting out community partners. Sometimes this causes us to work long and hard... And for the beginner pay can be low.. But that is industry not company.
