      Pros

      You get the chance to run 911 calls with HCFR and TFD Most of the employees make it feel like a family style work environment The scheduling is rather flexible

      Cons

      Salary is not even close to competitive Trucks are outdated, stretchers are never serviced Won't try to get better equipment to make the job more user friendly

      Good co workers and supervisors. Good ems system, great stand bys.

      Cons

      Ift strike cars suck balls. 911 side is the best side. NO PARKING FOR STAFF, CARS GET broken INTO ON A DAILY basis.

      Pros

      As one of, if not the, largest ambulance companies in the nation, its got a lot of brand recognition in the hospitals. The paramedics and EMTs are like family in most locations.

      Cons

      Communication from the upper management to the field is sometimes lacking. The website and email use has improved awareness of what's going on, generally.The ambulances often have way too many miles on them.
