Part time you can call in and work when you want if approved. Easy to get hired into since they need people.

Cons

Pay is very low considering your job's importance. Supervisors can be rude at times.

The only pro was that this job put money in my pocket and gave me a foot in the door the EMS.

Cons

Where to begin. First off if you were not part of the good old boys club, knew somebody in the club, or lived in one of three towns nobody would give you the time of day which made working with people very difficult. Second people's egos where to big to fit in the ambulance. 4th working conditions were horrible because of the good old boys club and frankly the union too.
