Pros
I've worked in EMS for 20+ years at Rural/Metro. We were recently aquired by AMR. Finally, there's some light at the end of the tunnel. AMR has made so many changes for the better it's almost unreal. Better pay, better equipment, better attitudes from management.
Cons
Still short staffed, and still cleaning up the mess that R/M made, but it's a much better place to work now
