      Pros

      The schedule is great for being a student and plenty of study time on slow days. The pay was nice for a college student. The benefits were great!!!

      Cons

      The people who had seniority seemed to be very clique driven and bitter. The collective bargaining agreement was poorly written in that you could get fired while on short term disability.

      People are too worried about their titles and hoe they stack up against each other Bonuses are rarely paid Management to employee ratio too high- should invest more resources in staff and cut some upper management

      Pros

      Despite growing challenges in the healthcare services market AMR remains a well positioned and respected service provider. The team is strong and focused. Pay is good but the hours can be long.

      Cons

      AMR, like many companies struggles with sharing information throughout the entire organization. Even with electronic messaging the flow of information can range from overwhelming to completely lacking. It can also take a long time for talented people to advance, so sadly many of them leave.
