Pros

Big company, good salary, lots of resources for sales people - ie: support staff

Cons

Terrible commission plan, highly stressed environment. Lied to me about commission plan. Brought me in at a certain percentage and then when it was time to renew comp plans for everyone shortly after, they brought me down to the same lower percentage as everyone else. Then tried to cover it up with some bull excuse. Blatant bait and switch.

If you want overtime you got it! Always had supplies needed.

Cons

hours are never the same. When they lost a project manager at the head quarters they just stopped sending us to work and forgot all about us for 6 months before we were "fired"

Pros

It is a friendly environment. Easy to create a long term career. $3 lunches are provided. Get exposed to different technologies.

Cons

Product owners do not know what they are doing. They have no clue what the customer requirements are and ask engineers what they should do. No idea what is going on half the time after the Harman takeover, it is as though they do not know what to do with is. The company is going down hill and I wont be surprised if sold or downsized in coming weeks.
