Pros

AMX is a wonderful place to work. Pay is good, benefits are great, and the environment is second to none. Time off is more than ample and managers are willing to work with the employees in special cases. All in all an ideal place to be employed. An excellent place if you want a stable, stress free job over the long term.

Cons

Smaller company, entrenched hierarchy of seniority. Limited opportunity for significant advancement. Raises aren't that great. There is no type of bonus or incentive structure.

Pros

Overall, AMX is a decent place to work. It provides a laid back environment (dress code), employess are friendly and helpful. There is a cafeteria on-site which is convenience and they provide an average benefits package.

Cons

The expectations are very long hours and if you're not willing and/or able to work that long you will eventually be let go. The company is very unorganized in their direction.
