      Pros

      ANB truly embodies the community bank culture. Welcoming, professional, and plenty of opportunity for growth. It's really a nice structure where an employee can level up in their career based solely on their development as a spot doesn't need to become available in order to advance.

      Cons

      Headquarters in Cherry Creek makes for a longer commute but we don't pay for parking and it's in a beautiful, walkable location.

      Lower level management tries but can’t make change do to Sr. Mgmt always getting in the way.

      Cons

      Executive mgmt are all going different directions - worst systems in my 20+ banking years.
