      Pros

      ANB Bank is just right as far as banks go. It’s not a small bank without the resources to keep their employees happy, and it’s not a huge bank that struggles to be consistent, it’s a mid size bank with the right amount of everything. Everyone I work with is passionate and loves their job. Management is supportive of growth and improvement and they promote those who work hard. I will work here for as long as I can.

      Cons

      The negative with ANB is the same with every bank. Banker/Teller turnover. Although I have seen much worse.

      Pros

      Was with the Bank for 12 years. It really made a difference with who you worked with. Lots to learn. Customer letters really showed how hard you worked for their comments. Great place to meet new fiends. Overall a good company to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The pay is low for doing a lot of work. Not a lot of hands on training, mostly by WebEx. Internal communication was not always up to par causing confusion. Had to do huddles everyday, sometimes info was repeated. Online banking not user friendly sometimes.
