Pros
- Heathy work/life balance and nice workload balance - Great pay and benefits (high starting pay, up to 6% 401k matching, and discretionary bonuses, and some flexible remote work) - Open communication and feedback from management is very helpful - Patient with training and lots of resources for guidance - Collaborative team dynamic - Tons of promotional opportunities for advancement - Managers help coach their team for success instead of jumping to warnings/write ups - More diverse than other organizations I've worked with - Clean, updated, and organized office space
Cons
- Sometimes the covered parking is full when coming back from lunch (still free to park but on top of garage instead of inside and covered)
