Cons

Executive mgmt are all going different directions - worst systems in my 20+ banking years.

Pros

The fact you can network with individuals within your region is nice. You are able to put a name to individuals at other branches. I believe training is great and some tasks you will have to endure before you become familiar with it.

Cons

Some systems are outdated and a lot of things could be handled better if not for the systems.
