Pros

There are some awesome people in this bank, mainly in the Western Region.

Cons

The Circle Branch in particular is the worst possible place to work in entire bank. 5 people were fired in less than six months, which shows that management is clueless on how to train and retain employees. It was like working in a junior high. Their technology and training is from the stone-age, and if you try to actually do your job, you will be reprimanded. Customer service is horrible because even the employees don't know how to use the computer systems from the 1980's. I was written up for discovering that a man stole 50k from his grandma, and bringing to the attention of senior management. I was reprimanded for filing an elder abuse report. They do not want to do the right thing, because they don't even know what it is.

Pros

Being able to vent to co-workers on how terrible this place is.

Cons

MICROMANAGING- We are adults. If our work is done no need to hover over us 24/7. This is not the 1900s. Not a competitive PTO market and benefits are expensive. Management is NOT flexible with PTO- Management will require you to work around their PTO time and not take in consideration of anyone else as long as they get their time off. 0 WFH flexibility. Again, this is not the 1900s. Pay is a absolutely terrible. Raises might as well be non existent since all higher pay raises go to senior management. This Bank has such a great opportunity to thrive if they could retain employees. They cant retain employees because management is so terrible. Management plays favorites (i.e if management doesn't want you to move positions they will make it seem like you are a terrible employee). You are micromanaged consistently and if you take sick days you are scolded for it.
