      Pay is good and there are lots of really good people here.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible...particularly a VP that you hope is having a good day and not a nasty day. If you are out of his line of fire, you may do ok. But if you get in his line of fire, watch out.

      People do care about the day-to-day. The company is like a big family, and ownership is significant.

      Cons

      Top Management is treating employees like commodities that are only to serve their pleasure. Sadly, decisions are not made based on risk assessments or actual research, but just on goals that are imposed in a commanding fashion.
