Cons

CEO needs to go. Management seems to have no direction. High level of favoritism. Business Services Management turns over frequently so something is wrong in that area.

Great, smart co-workers. Some really good managers.

Cons

Training and development are hard to come by (and getting harder by the day) Raises are laughable Money with promotions are not impressive At the top - it's largely all white, all male, used to be military Lots of we do it this way b/c that's how we have always done it Lots of 'good ol boy' networks
