Pros

Very intelligent staff Good benefits. Their 403b retirement is generous. Starts off at 5% your salary with 1% increase each yr with maximum 10% and fully vested on day one. During the shutdown many of my friends had to take leave or had no pay for two weeks. This company quickly found assignments for everyone. When contracts have been lost they do their best to find a new position. Quick to recognize a hard working employee with on the spot cash awards and yearly bonus

Cons

Need more variety of contracts, to be able to move around if the employee wants a change yrs later. Salary is below market Upward mobility can be difficult

Pros

Analytic Services Inc and Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSSAI) are great places to work, especially if you are starting out as entry-level and looking to gain program management and consulting experience. The corporation provides opportunities for you to work with sponsors at all levels of government. Overall, I would definitely say that this is a great place for young professionals gain hands-on work experience in an environment that fosters collaboration.

Cons

Some members of the senior leadership seem very removed from the rest of the employees, and employees definitely know who actually knows what is going on and which leaders are actually acting in the best interests of the employees. Although leadership in the company in general cares and looks out for it's employees, some members of the leadership team definitely need to conduct more outreach with employees in the company and actually foster/build relationships with them.
