Company is top heavy in leadership. Principals and Associates, some are deserving, yet are they actually bringing in projects? Sweat Shop Factory. An unified office which their departments or so-called studios are fragmented all over the city. Mass hire and mass layoffs. Practically a revolving door. Favoritism given to those with effortless promotions.

I cannot think of anything good about this company other than a basic architecture firm with basic designs.

Cons

No one last this group because of the toxic boss who constantly micro-manage, constantly withhold information, thinking leadership is a position, playing favorites, divide staff to control.
