      Pros

      Great benefits, varidesks, free hot beverages, state of the art conference rooms. HR and Membership Depts. are really good.

      Cons

      Cliques, silos, average salaries and some unfriendly people. You are only somebody if you can fly a plane.

      Pros

      I truly valued my time with the company. We had exceptional senior management that was caring, listened and was team oriented. I found many opportunities for advancement during my time with the company and leadership always encouraged that.

      Cons

      Working in the insurance department is a lot of work - you have to be willing to put in the time and effort which is not necessary a con but for some people the work load may not be what they are looking for.
