Great benefits, varidesks, free hot beverages, state of the art conference rooms. HR and Membership Depts. are really good.

Cons

Cliques, silos, average salaries and some unfriendly people. You are only somebody if you can fly a plane.

Team is very passionate about what they do, great supporters for the membership. Great place to learn to fly!

Cons

Sometimes they have a myopic vision and don't consider other policy issues that effect airspace. Not much room for advancement.
